1-2 cap daily. Adjuvant therapy to optimal conventional treatment Initially 2 cap daily. May reduced to maintenance dose of 1 cap daily based on patient's symptomatic response.
May influence INR of patients on warfarin anticoagulant therapy. Upset stomach or diarrhea, & headache in large quantities. Monitor INR before, during & after treatment. Not to be used during pregnancy & lactation. Not recommended in childn <12 yr.
